Volunteer

As a newly revitalized organization, Western Forest Industries Museum is committed to preserving our fleet of historic logging steam locomotives and logging equipment, in addition to keeping many of the steam locomotives in operable condition. WFIM will, once again, call on the help of volunteers to assist in maintaining our historic railroad and logging equipment, as well as the museum grounds. volunteers will be critical to maintaining the museum grounds and restoring railroad equipment prior to resuming full operations. WFIM will host occasional weekend-long volunteer project-specific work parties to help jump-start some of the work to reopen. Tell us more about how you can help by completing our skills inventory.
