Our Stakeholders

A concerted effort to preserve our heritage is a vital link to our cultural, educational, aesthetic, inspirational and economic legacies - all of the things that quite literally make us who we are.
— Steve Berry

Western Forest Industries Museum knows that a strong community is critical to the success of our organization and the viability of any future tourism initiatives. Building a strong collation of local support is vital to our success and ability to tell a more inclusive story of the past and bring a positive impact to the towns and villages bisected by our rail corridor. WFIM is partnering with Mt. Rainier National Park, the Nisqually Tribe, Park Junction Resort, and the Town of Eatonville to rebuild Mt. Rainier Railroad and the associated museum and tourism assets.
